About Company

Premium Resources Botswana is a wholly owned subsidiary of Premium Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: PREM), a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on redeveloping past-producing nickel-copper-cobalt (Ni-Cu-Co) and platinum group element (PGE) sulphide mines in Botswana.

Key Projects

1. Selebi Mining Camp

Located in southeastern Botswana, the Selebi Mining Camp comprises the Selebi Main and Selebi North deposits. The Selebi Main deposit has an inferred mineral resource estimate (MRE) of 18.89 million tonnes at 3.51% copper equivalent (CuEq), while the Selebi North deposit includes an indicated MRE of 3.00 million tonnes at 2.92% CuEq and an inferred MRE of 5.83 million tonnes at 3.11% CuEq.

2. Selkirk Mine

Situated in eastern Botswana, the Selkirk Mine has an inferred MRE of 44.2 million tonnes grading 0.24% nickel, 0.30% copper, 0.55 grams per tonne palladium, and 0.12 grams per tonne platinum. This equates to contained metals of approximately 108,000 tonnes of nickel, 132,000 tonnes of copper, 775,000 ounces of palladium, and 174,000 ounces of platinum.

Strategic Initiatives

Premium Resources Botswana is advancing a six-month strategy to further develop its flagship projects. This includes extending existing drill holes at the Selebi Main project to explore deeper mineralized zones and conducting approximately 12,500 meters of drilling between the Selebi North and Selebi Main deposits. Additionally, a surface drilling program is planned at the Selkirk project to update its mineral resource estimate for platinum group metals.

Management and Operations

The Botswana operations are led by a local management team, with Kneipe Setlhare serving as President. The company emphasizes local leadership to ensure operations align with regional priorities and community engagement.

Financial Developments

In early 2025, Premium Resources Ltd. completed a CAD $46 million equity financing round to support the redevelopment of its Botswana asset
