Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
BRIEF JOB PROFILE OF POSITION
Key responsibilities will include:
•Designing and implementing the integrated marketing strategy to support business objectives.
•Leading brand management, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.
•Managing social media platforms, websites, and online advertising to drive engagement.
•Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to inform campaign design.
•Coordinating promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate campaigns.
•Overseeing the marketing budget and tracking return on investment (ROI).
•Building partnerships with media agencies, suppliers, and creative vendors.
•Monitoring brand reputation and ensuring consistent corporate messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing management role.
•Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
•Experience working across various industries or in expansion-driven environments is desirable.
