Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

 

* Receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies for events.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.
* Track usage and ensure availability of items for upcoming events.
* Organize the storage area to ensure easy access and safety.
* Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate repairs or replacements.
* Work closely with the events and technical teams to fulfill their logistical needs.
* Monitor stock levels and prepare orders for replenishment when necessary.
* Support the setup and breakdown of equipment for events as needed.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

* Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with basic inventory software and spreadsheets.
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
* Honest, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean and orderly store.
* Flexible working weekends, evenings, and during peak event periods.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

 

* Experience in event management or hospitality industry.
* Basic knowledge of sound, lighting, or AV equipment.
* Warehouse operations experience.
* Warehouse equipment operation (if applicable).
