Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- A university degree in Sports Sanda, Taekwondo, or Martial Arts
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security training or combat instruction
- Strong background in self-defense and hand-to-hand combat techniques
- Ability to train personnel in controlling and restraining violent individuals
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional training sessions for new and existing security guards
- Teach combat skills and tactical techniques to prevent or stop attacks by criminals
- Develop and assess trainees in areas including surveillance, access control, and incident response
- Ensure all trainees understand and comply with security protocols and procedures
- Organize practical simulations to improve real-time response and readiness
