Job Description

Job Purpose:
Provide medical care, health education, and emergency support on site.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide first aid.
•Monitor health and safety.
•Maintain medical records and list of supplies.
•Conduct health education and awareness.
•Coordinate patient referrals and evacuation.
•Participate in wellness and vaccination programs.
Minimum Requirements:
•Diploma in Nursing.
•Valid Practicing Nursing License.
•At least five (5) years clinical or industrial nursing experience.
