Job Description
Prime Time Training (Pty) Ltd, a leading company in scheduling important tasks or activities during the time of day when an individual is most productive and focused, often referred to as their “prime time retail” in Botswana has a vacancy for the following position:
Key Responsibilities include:
• Anticipating in and influencing the strategic managing of the Group
• Leading, directing and motivating an experienced team to achieve the strategic goal of the group.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• 15+ years’ experience in a senior executive management position
• Bachelor Degree in Retail Management and other related qualifications
• A proven track record indicating a high level of success within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• A proven track record of relationship, team building and leadership skills
• Sound interpersonal, communication and negotiation capabilities
• Business process management expertise
• A knowledge of the Botswana trading environment will be advantage
