About the Role
Botsino Cement is seeking an experienced Technical & Production Manager (Plant Manager – Cement Production) to lead end-to-end plant operations. The role is responsible for production performance, asset reliability, HSE compliance, quality control, inventory discipline, and on-time delivery.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Engineering degree (any discipline), knowledge of mechanical and production processes is an advantage.
• 5-10 years’ managerial experience in production-oriented environments.
• Proven exposure to motors, bearings, mining equipment, ball mills, and plant management.
• Registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) Botswana.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and interpersonal communication skills.
