
Kanye Adventist Hospital is a mission hospital located in Kanye, Botswana, approximately 90 kilometers southwest of Gaborone. Established in 1922 by Dr. Arthur Kretchmar, it was the first hospital to offer Western medicine in the region. The hospital is owned by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and operates in partnership with the Government of Botswana, functioning as a district-level referral hospital .
