Overview
The Institute of Development Management (IDM) is a regional educational and training institution that operates across Botswana, Lesotho, and Eswatini. It was established in 1974 to strengthen management and development capacity in the region. IDM Botswana provides academic, research, consultancy, and training services to both the public and private sectors.

Modes of Study

Fees & Funding
Tuition fees vary by programme, level, and study mode. Undergraduate and diploma programmes generally range between BWP 14,000 and BWP 48,000 per year. Application fees are modest, and certain programmes may qualify for government sponsorship or employer funding.
