OPERATIONS MANAGER

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.

The Role:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end operational workflow across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and customer support functions. You’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, improving service metrics, managing risk, and driving operational excellence across the insurance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across insurance functions, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

• Develop, monitor, and optimize operational workflows and KPIs.

• Oversee regulatory compliance, policy administration, and internal audits.

• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and IT teams to enhance systems and processes.

• Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.

• Identify gaps in operational processes and implement strategic solutions.

• Support product and process innovation with data-driven insights.

• Liaise with external partners (regulators, NBFIRA, reinsurers, brokers) to ensure service standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in insurance operations 5+ years of managerial or team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience with insurance platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuary, Business, Finance, or related field (CII, CPCU, or similar certifications a plus).
