At Hibiscus, we are an integrated international school which promotes diversity and aims to prepare students for a globalized world. We offer a Cambridge International Examinations curriculum from Reception Class to IGCSE.

 

 

Role Overview

 

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Secondary School Section Head to lead our secondary education team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, and a passion for educational excellence to assist the school grow and enhance its deliverables in a competitive private education sector. The candidate will report to the Head of School.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Manage and oversee the secondary school section, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Be part of the school’s business and academic planning teams.
• Provide instructional leadership and support to teaching staff, promoting professional development and effective teaching strategies to suit our diverse students.
• Supervise and evaluate teachers to enhance educational outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement school policies and programs.
• Contribute to the preparation of public relations & communication, marketing, study materials, newsletters, and other school publications.
• Drive communication efforts to enhance the school’s outreach and reputation.

 

 

Desired Qualifications and Attributes

 

• Bachelor’s Degree (Educational Administration)
• Minimum of 3 years educational leadership experience (Cambridge curriculum)
• Excellent communication and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
