
Accounting And Administration Officer at Pacers Experiential Events
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
* Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
* Monitor cash flow and assist with payroll preparation.
* Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
* Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Administrative Duties:
* Manage vendor contracts, bookings, and inventory.
* Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
* Support the coordination of events from an administrative standpoint.
* Support the coordination of events and bookings in collaboration with the events team.
* Assist with procurement, supplies ordering, and general office upkeep.
* Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and support management with ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Degree in Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
* Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
