Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

 

 

* Raising of nonstock purchase requisitions and following up on issuance of purchase orders as policy will be your responsibility
* You will be responsible for handling goods receipt and scan invoices to Global services
* Ensure Supplier queries are resolved timeously
* Maintaining petty cash and banking functions will be your responsibility
* You will assist in all admin and business functions as the need arises

 

 

What makes you great

 

 

You are in possession of a Degree in accounting or equivalent

 

 

* A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role or functions is what you have
* Strong Computer skills, excel and knowledge of SAP system is essential
* You have problem solving skills and are able to multitask and work in a team
* Experience in both Accounts Payable and Procurement is key and a major responsibility for the role.
