Job Description
Job Purpose:
Oversee office administration and support functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage admin staff and workflows.
•Oversee scheduling and office systems.
•Coordinate meetings and documentation.
•Conduct routine inspections and records.
•Manage office budgets and procurement.
•Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
•Degree/Diploma in Administration or similar.
•At least five (5) years in administration.
•Advanced operational and communication skills.
