JOB SUMMARY:

 

 

The Admin Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for front desk operations, general office administration, and supporting internal coordination. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through efficient documentation, customer service, scheduling, and office organization.

* Front Desk and Reception Duties
* Administrative Support and Documentation
* Communication and Client Updates
* Scheduling and Coordination
* Office and Supplies Management

 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

 

 

* Diploma or better in Business Administration or related qualification.
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and general office systems.
* Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
