Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily bakery operations and staff
* Maintain high standards of product quality and food safety
* Oversee inventory management and ingredient ordering
* Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen
* Schedule staff and manage performance
* Collaborate with the team on new product ideas and seasonal offerings
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bakery or food production management
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment
* Leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
