  • Drive Revenue:
    Lead initiatives for new revenue growth and secure new business leads.

  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Maintain and Grow Portfolio:
    Secure new and retain existing clients.

  • Business Development Strategy:
    Execute strategies, tender, and procurement processes.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    Collaborate on sales plans with management.

  • Report and Forecast:
    Accurately report sales performance.

  • Networking:
    Build and maintain business networks.

  • Bid Preparation:
    Respond to bids and Expressions of Interest.

  • Event Attendance:
    Represent business at corporate events.

Qualifications & Experience

 

 

  • Business-related degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience.

  • Proven sales record and customer-focused approach.

Skills & Knowledge

  • High customer contact rate.

  • Accountability for meeting financial targets.

  • Analytical and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and work independently.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
