Job Description
Purpose:
Efficient resource deployment across camps, asset maintenance, environmental/wildlife management, project implementation, and enhancing camp conditions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain all concession assets (airstrips, roads, boreholes, vehicles, solar plants, etc.).
- Liaise with communities and stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain budgets.
- Manage expenditure within budget.
- Compile and send weekly stock orders.
- Ensure monthly stock takes.
- Provide maintenance support to Camp Managers.
- Promote hygiene and safety compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management, Logistics Management, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of Tourism and Hospitality is an advantage.
Competencies:
- Business/financial acumen.
- Conflict management.
- Excellent project management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
