Job Description
Tredinnick Botswana (Pty) Ltd, a reputable Property development company, is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Construction Manager.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 11 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

A Bachelor’s Degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering.

Must be a registered professional engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Botswana, holding a valid practicing certificate.

Demonstrated leadership, project coordination, and site management experience.

Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety, quality assurance, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and supervise construction activities on various projects from start to completion.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources effectively.

Ensure that all works are executed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme.

Maintain compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

Report progress, risks, and costs to senior management regularly.
