JOB SUMMARY
MASCOM is looking for KYC Interns to support the centralization and coordination of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across key customer functions. The role will contribute to enhanced operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

* End-to-end KYC process support.
* Records & Data Management
* Reporting
* Process Improvement
KEY COMPETENCIES
Key technical competencies for the role are system testing & quality assurance, business process analysis, technical documentation, data analysis & reporting, service delivery management, and project management.
The candidate must be able to display the following behavioral competencies – communication, problem solving & analytical thinking, commercial acumen & organizational awareness, creativity & innovative thinking, customer orientation & stakeholder management, detail and quality orientation, initiative & drive, self-discipline & resilience, results orientation & execution and teamwork & collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Telecommunications, Computing, Business Management, or a related field.
* No experience required.
