Job Description
Bayport Financial Services is looking to appoint suitably qualified Direct Sales Agents for the following areas:
• Kasane
• Bobonong
• Mochudi
• Molepolole
Job Objectives
The candidate will be responsible for selling the organisation’s services to established customers or by developing new prospects within assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets
Key Outputs
• Generate sales leads from the target market
• Identify and interact with potential clients
• Generate market intelligence
Education
• Minimum entry BGCSE
• Experience in DSA will be an added advantage
*Knowledge, Skills And Competencies*
• Must possess basic selling skills
• Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers as well as convincing abilities
• Experience in sales or financial institution will be an added advantage
Remuneration
Commission based and sales incentives
