Key Responsibilities:

7.Health & Safety Compliance
Core Duties Include:
•Coordinating anti-poaching patrols, wildlife tracking, and habitat monitoring.
•Managing museum collections and ensuring heritage preservation.
•Leading eco-awareness initiatives and guest engagement activities.
•Monitoring road and infrastructure conditions and recommending preventative actions.
•Supporting the training of guiding teams and mentoring staff in conservation work.
•Ensuring health and safety compliance within field-based operations.
•Collaborating with guiding and operations teams to implement environmental standards.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Natural Resource Management or related field (Master’s preferred)
•First Aid Level 3, Assistant Guiding, and Rifle Handling certifications
Experience:
•3–5+ years in environmental management, conservation, or sustainability initiatives.
•Experience in ecosystem monitoring, data collection, and ecological reporting.
•Knowledge of conservation laws, biodiversity preservation, and sustainable tourism.
•Background in museum/heritage management and community-based conservation.
•Guest-facing experience in hospitality or eco-tourism will be advantageous.
