Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure collection of debts from defaulting customers.
Visiting clients to discuss and resolve outstanding debts to negotiate for payments.
Making collection calls and negotiating payments.
Collecting up to date customer data and updating records.
Required Skills:
Technical: Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools Knowledge of consumer protection laws and
debt recovery practices is
essential.
Understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance standards.
Delicate negotiation and problem solving skills.
Valid drivers license and preferably should have a car.
