
Group Security And Compliance Manager at Choppies
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement group-wide security policies, standards, and procedures.

Manage physical security, asset protection, and loss prevention programs.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Conduct risk assessments and coordinate internal investigations.

Raise with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and external auditors as necessary.

Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on compliance status, risks, and incidents.

Lead training and awareness programs on compliance and security for all staff.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate security and compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

Strong understanding of regional compliance regulations and corporate governance.
-
Experience in the retail or FMCG sector preferred.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
