Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Develop and implement group-wide security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Manage physical security, asset protection, and loss prevention programs.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Conduct risk assessments and coordinate internal investigations.

  • Raise with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and external auditors as necessary.

  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on compliance status, risks, and incidents.

  • Lead training and awareness programs on compliance and security for all staff.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate security and compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

  • Strong understanding of regional compliance regulations and corporate governance.

  • Experience in the retail or FMCG sector preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
