Job Description
Job Purpose:
Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s operations, reputation and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify, assess and monitor strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks.
•Develop enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and tools.
•Support crisis management, business continuity and insurance strategies.
•Advise leadership on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
•A Master’s Degree in Risk Management or related would be an added advantage.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Management, or related field.
•Professional certifications (e.g., CRM, IRM, or equivalent) would be an added advantage.
•A minimum of ten (10) years in risk management of corporate governance, preferably in the heavy industry, three (3) of which must have been at a senior management/executive level.
