Job Description

Duties:

 

 

  • Assist with execution of the firm’s recruitment, on-boarding and offboarding procedures

  • Maintain calendars of the HR Department (Schedule meetings and HR events)

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documentation

  • Provide clerical support for the HR department.

  • Monitor and provide feedback on policy compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data and resolution of any queries.

  • Support and facilitate the firm’s professional training programme

  • Act as a point of contact for Learning & Development queries and provide support for internal systems and e-learning platforms.

  • Assist in compiling HR metrics and compliance reports.

  • Provide basic support for employee relations matters and documentation.

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

  • Strong organisation skills: a self-starter with initiative and ability to foster innovation.

 

 

Qualifications and experience required for the role:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience

  • Must have a solid understanding of labor laws.
