Job Description


Provide on-site IT support, ensuring reliable systems, network connectivity and technical services that enable smooth and secure mining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware, software and network systems.
•Monitor systems performance and security; respond to and resolve IT issues promptly.
•Configure and upgrade new equipment, systems and applications.
•Provide end-user onsite and IT-related needs, including mobile devices and data protection tools.
•Ensure data backups and adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
Requirements:
•Degree in Information Technology or related field.
•A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Cisco Certified Networking Associate and Professional (CCNP), Certification or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
•A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an IT support role.
•Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking and IT security.
•Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
