2. FACULTY OF SCIENCE
Department of Mathematics
Lecturer in Mathematics (contract position) REF: Vacancy No. IRC 2764
Requirements: Applicants should have: (i) a PhD in Mathematics; (ii) show evidence of engagement in research; (iii) evidence of governance and social engagement are added advantage.
UNIVERSITY TEACHING EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Added advantage
Duties: The successful applicant will be expected to: (i) teach Mathematics courses at undergraduate and graduate level (ii) supervise undergraduate projects, but may be assigned to supervise graduate students (iii) carry out any other responsibilities as and when may be assigned by the Head of the Department.
