Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities of camp and company assets.
- Ensure well-maintained facilities and a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate logistical support for daily camp operations.
- Support the Projects Team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of camp and operations infrastructure and equipment.
- Prepare periodic maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate staffing needs with the Administration Manager.
- Allocate and undertake maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and guide maintenance staff.
- Prepare the annual maintenance budget and monitor financial spend.
- Report cost overruns and take corrective action.
- Provide reports and updates to management and staff.
Minimum Role Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
- Business management certificate or experience is an added advantage.
- Required Competencies:
- Leadership skills.
- Business acumen.
- High attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
