Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Planner/Controller to support scheduling, monitoring, and controlling of civil engineering projects with a focus on water and wastewater systems.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Develop baseline project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

  • Track progress and flag delays or risks to project timelines.

  • Prepare project performance reports and forecasts.

  • Support procurement scheduling and delivery coordination.

  • Work closely with project engineers and contractors to ensure schedule alignment.

  • Monitor resource utilization and cost deviations.

  • Assist with claims evaluation and schedule impact analysis.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

 

 

  • B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Water/Wastewater specialization preferred).

  • 8 years’ experience in planning/scheduling infrastructure projects.

  • Involved in at least 2 water and wastewater projects.

  • Familiar with Earned Value Management and project cost control principles.

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
