
Planner/Controller at Heinsite Construction
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Planner/Controller to support scheduling, monitoring, and controlling of civil engineering projects with a focus on water and wastewater systems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop baseline project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Track progress and flag delays or risks to project timelines.

Prepare project performance reports and forecasts.

Support procurement scheduling and delivery coordination.

Work closely with project engineers and contractors to ensure schedule alignment.

Monitor resource utilization and cost deviations.

Assist with claims evaluation and schedule impact analysis.
Minimum Requirements
-
B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Water/Wastewater specialization preferred).
-
8 years’ experience in planning/scheduling infrastructure projects.
-
Involved in at least 2 water and wastewater projects.
-
Familiar with Earned Value Management and project cost control principles.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
