Job Description
Job Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, the Planning Clerk will provide clerical support in the relevant sections to ensure effective and timeous planning, scheduling and recording of all engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
* Data capturing for maintenance
* Administration
* Records management
* Safety, health and environmental compliance
Qualifications & Experience
* BGCSE plus a certificate in Administration or equivalent.
* At least 2 years in a clerical role and/or Engineering maintenance workshop experience.
* Working knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance System will be added advantage.
