Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair plumbing systems in company properties.
- Install fixtures and appliances associated with heating, cooling, and sanitation systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints and building codes.
- Study structural plans.
- Locate pipe installation positions.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Cut and assemble pipes and fixtures.
- Inspect and test existing plumbing systems.
- Report errors and carry out preventative maintenance.
- Clean and maintain assigned tools.
- Keep inventory records.
- Minimum Role Requirements:
- National Craft Certificate (Plumbing).
- At least three (3) years hands-on experience in a similar role.
Required Competencies:
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Physically fit.
