QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Enterprise Risk Management will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
- At least two (2) years must have been served at D3 salary scale.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To develop investigation plans and facilitate the investigation of corruption, fraud, and related crimes, including transaction monitoring.
DUTIES:
- Develops and monitors investigation strategies and tactics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducts preliminary fraud and corruption reviews; refers complex cases to DCEC/Botswana Police Service.
- Prepares investigative and analytical reports and evidence.
- Prepares budget estimates and resource plans for the Unit.
