
Project Manager at Heinsite Construction
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in civil infrastructure, especially water and wastewater projects. The successful candidate will lead project delivery from planning to commissioning, ensuring scope, cost, time, and quality objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage full project lifecycle for water and wastewater infrastructure.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk plans.

Oversee contractor performance, compliance, and technical quality.

Prepare and submit reports, clients, consultants, and authorities.

Prepare and submit project reports, progress claims, and contract documentation.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conduct progress review meetings and manage stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements

B.Eng / BSc / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
-
15 years of relevant experience.

Must have managed at least 2 water and wastewater projects.

Strong understanding of FIDIC and other construction contracts.

Project management certification is an advantage (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
