
Senior Sales Manager at EG Couriers
Job Description
As a Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the company’s sales efforts by developing strategies that drive business growth in the courier and logistics sector. You will be accountable for building strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with operations to align sales goals with service delivery, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the courier, logistics, or transport industry.
- Proven experience in leading sales initiatives and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
