
Service Assurance Engineers at MicroTeck
Job Description
Initially the candidate will be required to provide first and second line technical support to our customers and to support network maintenance tasks. The candidate should be able to provide technical support to users remotely and onsite as well as provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Among other key responsibilities, this role will be responsible for:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position you must possess:

A Degree in Engineering/Telecommunication/IT or related field

Industry certifications (MTCNA, MTCRE or CCNA/CCNP) will be an added advantage.

Work experience in a Trainee Engineer position will be an added advantage.
