
Service National Technical Manager at Gaborone Electronics (PTY) Limited
Job Description
The National Service Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations services performance nationwide. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, have a strong background in managing service teams and implement best practices in technical operations., possess exceptional leadership qualities, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in the commercial equipment industry.
Qualities:
* 16+ years of progressive experience in technical operations management, with at least 5 in a leadership role overseeing a national or large-scale technical infrastructure.
* Proven experience in managing diverse technical teams across multiple geographical locations.
* Solid understanding of service
* e level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance metrics.
* Possess a deep understanding of vapor-compression refrigeration cycles, including optimizing component selection (compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion devices) for energy efficiency and capacity.
