ZAC CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD, a 100% citizen-owned civil engineering and construction company, invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Site Engineer

The incumbent must have the following:

• Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in construction project execution and contract administration.

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering.

• A MSc Degree in Civil Engineering particularly Construction Management

• Must be a registered professional engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Botswana, holding a valid practicing certificate.

• Proven leadership and project management skills, with a solid understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and project planning.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the execution of projects in accordance with contractual terms.

• Managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the projects.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, technical, and financial requirements.

• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
