Role Overview

 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Marketing team. The
Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the social media
platforms as well as the company website.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

• Align with the marketing team to manage posts as well as customer interaction on all of the company social media platforms and the website.
• Maintain the company website.
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
• Research current marketing trends.
• Encourage on going audience engagement.
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

• Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.

 

 

Experience:

 

 

2-3 years proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator.
