Job Description

Job Purpose:
To build, manage, and develop mining customers in line with the Customer Value Proposition. Provide technical advice to customers and staff in all business classes on the application and use of Vivo Energy-marketed products.
Principal Accountabilities:
•Support and secure technical partnerships with key mining accounts.
•Grow VE business with existing mining customers and develop profitable new business.
•Provide first-line technical support, including problem-solving and troubleshooting.
•Develop, update, and implement account plans for mining customers, including commercial proposals, contracts, and marketing activities.
•Use CRM to manage customer data and ensure effective communication.
•Provide technical support to maintain and gain business in line with strategy.
•Understand and keep track of customer needs and business environments.
•Have in-depth knowledge of key competitors in Mining and their strengths/weaknesses.
•Use Sales First tools and deliver DVRs for new Technology Leadership or Value Led examples.

Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering) or Business Degree with strong technical background.
•Minimum 4 years of experience selling to multiple end-user businesses or franchisees.
•Proven record in sales at regional account level in B2B/B2C environment (mining or heavy-duty equipment an advantage).
•Good understanding of sales tools and processes, and experience in customer-facing roles.
