Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage the relationship between the company and Retailer at the site level, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment.
Principal Accountabilities:
•Ensure consistent delivery of Customer Commitment by managing contract compliance using the Territory Manager Site Review (TMSR).
•Identify gaps in Retailer competencies and Customer Commitment; coach, support, and advise Retailers.
•Ensure Retailer trains and develops their staff, understanding the importance of people in delivering the Customer Commitment.
•Set Retailer Business Plans for sales and cost targets, including annual T&R (including Fair Share element target).
•Analyze Retailer’s Profit & Loss statements and support Retailers in closing performance gaps.
•Develop and maintain a strong HSE and Environmental culture.
•Deliver agreed Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) targets for the area.
•Plan and conduct site visits using Call Planning Cycle tool.
•Ensure competitive pricing through fuel pricing procedures.
•Implement and support Marketing and Network initiatives.
•Deliver Sales & Operations targets through regular reviews and action plans.
•Ensure Retailers implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and comply with Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts, and manuals.

Qualifications and Experience:
•Graduate in business management or engineering.
•Strong team member with excellent communication skills.
