Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for the operations of the Automark (certified pre-owned vehicle) department within the dealership. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with OEM standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, business growth and driving profitability through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee Automark vehicle sales processes
* Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Manage daily department operations, including sales, customer service and resolve escalated complaints
* Maintain optimal stock levels
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards and reporting requirements
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.
* Lead and mentor Sales Consultants and support staff.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
* Grow fleet customer base and identify new business opportunities
* Conduct valuations and trade-in assessments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* A Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinker.
* A valid driver’s license.
* Basic knowledge of vehicle models, products and sales experience is an added advantage.
* Fluency in English and Setswana
