1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Purpose

Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, developing, organizing and overseeing the implementation of the Business Development strategy and overseeing the management of all new products roll out, existing products enhancements, and widening the distribution channels for increased client base. It further ensures maximization of revenue generation to achieve the financial and business objectives and improving customer experience across the value chain.

The incumbent will be responsible for, among others, the following:
– Formulation of Business Development Strategy
– Stakeholder Management
– Distribution Channels Management
– Effective People Management
– Project Management
– Identifying New opportunities

The Person

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
– Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business or related field
– Professional Qualification: Associateship/Fellow Membership
– At least 5 years post qualification experience with 2 years experience in the Financial Industry Services.
