Job Description

Francistown Garage (Pty) Ltd, a leading Toyota Dealership in Botswana, invites applicants for the following post. Preference will be given to citizens of Botswana. This is a senior position and requires a candidate with appropriate experience, maturity and proven ability.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

 

 

  • Fully qualified member of CIMA, ACCA, CA or BICA.
  • Post qualifying experience preferably in a Toyota Motor Dealership would be a definite advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Corporate Taxation & Labour Laws.
  • High degree of computer literacy with experience in fully integrated computer systems preferably Dealer Management Systems Approved by Toyota South Africa Motors.
  • Good command of the English language and communication skills.
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to administering and managing various departments in a Dealership. Knowledge in marketing and sales would be an added advantage.
