Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales and inventory data to inform buying decisions.

• Conduct market and supplier research to ensure competitive pricing.

• Forecast demand and monitor stock levels across retail branches.

• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal departments.

• Generate weekly and monthly procurement reports.

• Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• Diploma is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or buying, preferably in a retail environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• A valid Class B Driver’s License.
