*Production Manager

• Experience more than 20 years in Diamond Industry
• Capable of Training Botswana personnel to Rosy Blue Standards
• Understanding the new technology and trends in industry
• Knowledge in all facets of polishing in terms of sizes and makes, especially AGS 000
• Should be able to over-see all stages of production – from planning to grading (if required do the job)
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques like Lean/ Six Sigma will be an added advantage
