JOB VACANCY: HOUSEKEEPER

Plateau Guest House is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform a variety of housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and laundry.
-Ensure all areas are cared for according to the highest standards.
-Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and handling inquiries.
-Prepare meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) for guests as required.
-Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

-Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
-21 years and above
-Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting is an added advantage
-Good time management and customer service skills
-Culinary skills will be an added advantage
