1.ERP Techno-Functional Consultant:

Functional Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of core ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing Accounting, HCM, Payroll, SCM, Projects, Properties) with demonstrable experience in their applications within ERPNext and Oracle ERP Proven ability to map business processes and configure in ERP accordingly.

Implement and maintain agile development methodologies, promoting iterative development and continuous feedback.
Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and automated testing.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve our software development processes.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Python and JavaScript for customization and scripting within the ERPNext framework. Understanding database concepts and experience with MariaDB.
Proficiency in Oracle’s development tools (PL/ SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OAF) and understanding of Oracle database architecture.

Qualifications

Post-graduate in IT/Computer Science/Computer Applications/Engineering.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in software development.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of software engineers.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
Experience with Specific Technologies:
Oracle E-Business Suite R12, PL SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), JDeveloper, OECC
Oracle Developer Suite 10g,11g, 12c, XML publisher reporting, Oracle workflow Builder, SOA.
Microsoft .NET Technologies C#, vb.net, asp.net), MS SQL Server 2022

Implementation Experience:

Documented success in full-cycle ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post- implementation support.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues within the ERP system.
Specific industry experience in manufacturing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver training materials.
A relevant bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a minimum of 2 years experience in the field.

Business Intelligence (Power BI, Oracle BI)
Integration Framework (Spring Boot)
Oracle Advanced PLSQL Developer Certified Professional (OCP).
PMP Certified
