OPERATIONS POSITION:

General Manager – Motheo Operations (Ref 261)

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Executive Country Head – Botswana, the General Manager Operations is directly responsible for delivery of the Motheo asset business plan, leading the asset management team to ensure achievement of the overall business plan,objectives, and targets. A primary focus of the role will be developing and maintaining a responsive, progressive and cohesive operational culture with a key focus on safety, community, continuous improvement and technology optimisation.

MINING POSITION:

Mining Manager (Ref 262)-Re-Advertisement Reporting to the General Manager – Motheo Operations, this position is responsible for managing
the mining contract and all mining related activities for the Motheo Copper Mine, to achieve safe, efficient and cost effective mine production
