Manager x3 in a dynamic and structured rotation programme designed to develop future leaders in operations and sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
During the training period, you will be responsible for:
• Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling all assigned projects and teams effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with all risk, hazard, and health & safety standards.
• Supervising and managing performance of Supervisors.
• Conducting performance appraisals.
• Overseeing quotations and the estimating section.
• Ensuring accurate processing of Debtor/Customer sales orders.
• Handling operational issues including customer complaints, suggestions, pricing, discipline, staff management, etc.
• Maintaining merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Initiating procurement where necessary.
• Acting on behalf of the Sales Manager when required.
• Achieving set trainee competency standards.
Knowledge Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate strong understanding of:
• Industry-relevant product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Setswana and English (spoken, read, and written).
• Estimation and Bills of Quantity.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, Keridge Systems.
• Financial principles including income statements, margins, markups, and budgeting.
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills (internal and externally).
• Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business.
• Competence in relevant digital tools and software.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
A Commercial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering Degree from a BQA-recognized university.
